法律英語中，Power of Attorney和Proxy均可用做表示授權(quán)委托書，區(qū)別在于前者所指的被委托人應(yīng)為律師，即具有律師身份，而后者則無此種要求，即被委托人一般都不需具備律師身份。

6.1  一般授權(quán)委托書
