1. Management

Created and expanded a department from two engineers working for one customer to more than 30 engineers working with three customers within 1.5 years. The company's revenue then increased 300%.

從我們獵頭公司的角度看這篇英文簡(jiǎn)歷，感覺還是不錯(cuò)的�？梢杂眠@樣幾個(gè)字來概括：條理比較清晰，結(jié)構(gòu)比較完整，用詞也比較規(guī)范。如果說還有哪些地方需要提高的話，可能在“賣點(diǎn)”上需要花一點(diǎn)功夫。從比較專業(yè)的眼光去品判一篇英文簡(jiǎn)歷，我想簡(jiǎn)單概括以下幾點(diǎn)，也可為想寫好英文簡(jiǎn)歷的經(jīng)理人作參考：

1 英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，可以根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)能力搞得新穎一點(diǎn)。但基本上不外乎以下幾個(gè)要素，如：

在Professional Experience 之前的要素，描述不用太長(zhǎng)篇，高度概括即可。面試人，特別是老外，可從中看出你的英文概括能力（長(zhǎng)句的使用）。

2、英文簡(jiǎn)歷中，專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、經(jīng)歷(Professional Experience)部分是重頭戲。因?yàn)檫@個(gè)部分是面試人最感興趣和關(guān)心的，以后即使在面試時(shí)，也差不多圍繞這個(gè)在說話。寫簡(jiǎn)歷的人需要花大“手筆”去描述這個(gè)部分。　　怎樣才能描述好，要抓住以下幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵：

工作職責(zé)Responsibility。

工作業(yè)績(jī)Achievement: 如完成了多少指標(biāo)，如何完成的？管理多少人，利潤(rùn)提高了多少？等等。

在A，B 中，要不厭其煩地用比較數(shù)字說明問題，因?yàn)楂C頭或面試人可能對(duì)你的專業(yè)不很了解，但每一個(gè)人都對(duì)跳躍的數(shù)字感興趣，并且記得住，如：團(tuán)隊(duì)由最初的3人發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的15人，經(jīng)銷商由99年的3家擴(kuò)展到2001年的23家等等。

不要光寫成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也要提及曾經(jīng)走過的彎路和失敗。最好是寫一個(gè)例子，說明原先某個(gè)事件看上去已經(jīng)失敗，但通過你的努力，提高很快，很顯著，你也從中學(xué)到很多。告訴面試人或?qū)懺诤?jiǎn)歷上你是通過哪些辦法去改變的。老外往往對(duì)這一些很感興趣，因?yàn)樽哌^彎路再成功的人更吸引人，也對(duì)他的公司更具有實(shí)際操作意義。

這個(gè)部分用詞也有講究，能令人興奮和印象深刻的詞很多，如：rebuild up, developed, exceed, participated, enhanced, coordinated, conducted, assisted processed, implemented, management,prepared, consolidated, contributed more than % for, over, revenue, growth, excellent performance,top,strategy, awarded, significant increase, milestones, etc.

4 最后一個(gè)部分可以簡(jiǎn)單寫一些你的個(gè)人愛好（Hobbies）和個(gè)人情況(Personal Information).面試時(shí)，面試人（包括很多老外），通過對(duì)你這部分看似平常的，非工作性的情況的了解，（特別是請(qǐng)高級(jí)管理層），更能評(píng)估你這個(gè)人目前的狀態(tài)和你對(duì)社會(huì)、家庭的一些看法，以及看出你解決一些實(shí)際問題的思路和能力。

總體來講，寫英文簡(jiǎn)歷并不難，難的是要贏得面試。我們經(jīng)常在上面的討論中談到面試人和我們獵頭對(duì)這份簡(jiǎn)歷的看法。任何一篇文章，不在長(zhǎng)短，也不在形式花俏，而在于它的特點(diǎn)和賣點(diǎn)。而且特點(diǎn)和賣點(diǎn)在一開始的時(shí)候就應(yīng)該顯現(xiàn)出來。就像1999年風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資盛行時(shí)，你如果想吸引風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家的目光，你必需在開場(chǎng)白的5分鐘內(nèi)讓人對(duì)你的項(xiàng)目感興趣，在45秒內(nèi)讓人明白你要做什么，簡(jiǎn)歷只是把這種表白書面化了。任何一個(gè)看你簡(jiǎn)歷的獵頭和面試人都希望在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)知道你的特點(diǎn)和賣點(diǎn)，都喜歡一個(gè)能給他們帶來與眾不同的人，能給他們帶來別人所沒有的東西。如果你的簡(jiǎn)歷在這點(diǎn)上作了文章，可能幸運(yùn)之星已經(jīng)在向你招手了，也已經(jīng)有人對(duì)你動(dòng)心了。
